Before my treatment, Dr Ashley immediately put me at ease and talked me through every step of the procedure. During my lip filler treatment he checked I was happy with the shape regularly and allowed me to give my feedback throughout. I am absolutely thrilled with the shape and natural look of my new lips! I've always hated my forehead lines, but was always scared that having botox would give me that frozen face and i definitely didn't want that!! Dr Ashley listened to my concerns and discussed options and areas that would give me the relaxed forehead i wanted but allow me to keep some movement!!!! very professional and focused on what i wanted and how he could help me achieve it, also very patient with my needle issues. i can see such a big difference and feel so much better and confident, but most importantly i'm not frozen!!
